Tell us the county and the period you care about, and we send back the medians — energy use, U-values, floor area, heating fuel mix — before you pay anything.

What you get

One county, normalised — € 250: every certificate of that county with the 27 fields we keep, both rating scales kept apart, in CSV and JSON.
All of Ireland — € 700: 1,445,647 certificates, 55 counties and Dublin districts, with the period bands and the scale flag.
A link with a second register — € 2,500: on quotation, with the measured match rate and its control.

⚠️ What we say before you pay: the raw file is free from SEAI — 252 columns, 1.4 million rows, one click. What you pay for is the work: the fields normalised, the two scales separated, the medians computed by rank and checked, and one file instead of 1.5 GB of text. ⛔ And it holds no address and no certificate number: the public file does not contain them.
