How this is counted
- The unit is a certificate, not a dwelling: a home rated twice appears twice.
- The two scales are never added together. The comparable measure is kWh/m²/yr.
- Medians are computed by rank and checked against an independent calculation at ingest time.
- The public file carries no address, no certificate number and no small-area code — the geography stops at the county.
⛔ What we do not publish
No address, no name, no judgement on an owner. A rating is a calculation at a point in time, not a measurement of what a household actually uses.
